Resurrection Band–Redux
This song speaks from the heart, and speaks for itself. After salvation the daily walk with Christ requires commitment and sacrifice….a “taking up of the cross”, which must be undertaken anew every day. The minute we begin to try to coast on our own we will fall, and sometimes badly. I know firsthand what I speak of, for I have mad many mistakes since 2004, and some of my mistakes have been costly and destructive to my personal testimony of redemption and restoration…..but God has always been (and will be) faithful to forgive and give me a fresh start.
This is one more song by Resurrection Band which chokes me up every time I hear it, perhaps it will speak to you also—reminding you of the great, unfathomable, and eternal love Jesus Christ has for those who are called by His name!
